Mount Abu is the only hill station in entire Rajasthan state. It is reached via a winding road through massive wooded hills, slops, and hot desert plains. The town is mainly made up of Hotels and surrounds a beautiful lake that is busy with swan shaped pendulous.
This hill station is Gujarat and Rajasthan's one of the favorite gateway. There are palaces on top small peaks, royal hot season retreats - that are now luxury hotels. The beautiful landscape around Mount Abu is well worth exploring and you can go on short treks from here.
Nearby are the extra ordinary temples namely "DILWARA TEMPLES" with finest, most intense marble carvings, worth seeing.
