Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you click “Add to Cart”, your product will be added into Shopping Cart. You can click on “Shopping Cart” and to crosscheck. Now, in your Shopping Cart, follow the process properly. After Cehckout, your transaction part begins. When you are done, click on “Proceed to Payment”, and you will be forwarded to the secure page / payment conformation page. After clicking on “Accept”, you will receive a mail “Order Confirmation Mail” from Visitindia Shopping, showing details of your order. Store the mail or take print of that mail on a safer side.
Q: How do I know that Visitindia has received my order?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your order after you have completed checking out and confirmation of payment process. If you do not receive an e-mail, check that the e-mail address you provided is correct. You may re-confirm your order by sending an e-mail to visitindia-sales@visitindia.com. Please include you order number so we can re-send your confirmation.
Q: How long do I have to wait for the order?
A: The package is sent by registered letter the next day the order is placed.
Q: What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
A: Regular orders can be cancelled before they ship. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving “Order Confirmation Mail”, by sending us an e-mail message with Order Details or call on +91 731 4065394. Make sure, we can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped to you. Special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date can not be cancelled.
Q: How long it will take to deliver my ordered product?
A: After receiving payment from you, our logistic department will start the process for dispatching your product. If you are a International buyer, then it will take 2-3 weeks to deliver the product. If you are a domestic buyer (from India), then it will take 1-2 weeks to deliver the product from the date of your order for order processing and to receive your shipment tracking number(s). If rare unexpected delays occur, you will be notified immediately by email.
Q: What are your working hours, in case if I want to contact?
A: Our regular working hours are from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm IST; Monday to Saturday. You can contact accordingly.
Q: Is there any warranty on a purchased product?
A: There is NO Warranty on any of the items available with us.
Q: How can make payment?
