Detailed Itinerary:--

Day 1: Kovalam City

Met on arrival & transferred to Kovalam. Stay & Relax on the beach. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Excursion To Kanyakumari

After breakfast proceed for a day trip to Kanyakumari visiting Padmanabha Puram Palace & Suchindram Temple enroute & Vivekananda Rock at Kanyakumari.

Return to Trivandrum after enjoying the sunset on the Beach. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Kovalam

Day at leisure on the beach. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Kovalam - Allepey (175 kms / 4.5 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Alleppey to board a houseboat for a cruise through the

enchanting backwaters enjoying the swaying coconut palms, paddy fields & the village life at close quarters.

Stay overnight on sailing House Boat .

Day 5: Kumarakom - Thekkady (130 kms - 4 hrs)

After some more sightseeing through the narrow canals, disembark from the houseboat at Kumarakom &proceed to Thekkady & check into the hotel.

Afternoon a visit to the spice plantations & the evening is free for shopping in the spice market of Kumily town. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6: Thekkady City

Early in the morning visit the famed Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary & enjoy a cruise on Lake Periyar.

During the boat ride, spot the wild life (elephants, Indian Gaur, monkeys, spotted deer, barking deer, wild boar & birds of myriad varieties).

With an area of 777 sq. kms, this Sanctuary lies at an elevation of 914 mts. above sea level in the hills of the Western Ghats.

Afternoon & evening free to relax. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7: Thekkady - Munnar (98 kms - 3.5 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Munnar, the beautiful & unspoilt Hill station in the Western Ghats

enjoying the scenic beauty & the plantations of Rubber, Cardamom, Tea & Coffee enroute.

Arrive & check into hotel. Afternoon to relax or could go for a walk through the tea gardens. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8: Munnar City

Full day sightseeing which includes visits to the Rajamalai wild life sanctuary to view the

endangered species of wild goats known as Nilgiri Tahr, Maduppetty dam & to tea gardens. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 9: Munnar - Cochin (140 kms - 4 hrs)

Morning at leisure, after lunch, proceed to Cochin & check into hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Cochin City

AM - City sightseeing, visiting the Jewish Synagogue, built over 400 years ago, containing beautiful

Belgian glass chandeliers & paved with hand-painted tiles from China, the Dutch Palace with its wonderful

murals depicting the entire story of the Ramayana, St. Francis Church, the first European church

built in India (16 th century) & the original burial site of Vasco De Gama, the Chinese fishing nets bordering the Cochin Harbor mouth.

Evening, enjoy a sunset cruise by motorboat. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11: Departure

Departure transfer to airport to board flight back to home or onward destination.
