Dugdhdhara - Amarkantak (Madhya Pradesh)

Dugdhdhara is a famous waterfallin Amarkantak, which falls from a height of about 50 feets in a milk-white cascade. The river Narmada decorates the region with its iridescent water and it arises from the Jata of Shiva. In Hindi the term Dugdhdara means the shower of milk. Actually, Amarkantak is a pilgrim spot in India, lies in between the Satpura and the Vindhya Ranges. It is enriched with the life giving plants and shrubs. Tourists mainly visit this region for its scenic beauty and also the abundant tourist spots that are charming and elegant at the same time. One can be cured from a fatal sickness and also can be cured from chronic diseases by these shrubs and plants.
